Job Description

Join our team as a Program Manager for Sustainability and Compliance, where you will play a critical role in driving our supply chain's greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction strategies and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements. You will engage with various stakeholders, including Oracle and suppliers, to ensure our environmental goals are met through effective planning and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the process owner for supply chain Scope 3 GHG emissions, developing and executing reduction strategies that align with Oracle's objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with Oracle stakeholders, suppliers, and industry members to evaluate and implement greenhouse gas emissions reduction goals and reporting methods.
  • Analyze global supply chain compliance regulations, offering efficient solutions through cross-functional teamwork.
  • Lead the development of efficient processes, procedures, and tools, and facilitate training for the organization and suppliers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
  • Manage internal and external compliance audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Support compliance projects and assist other process owners as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental regulations, specifically related to California, EU CSRD, ESRS, and CSDDD Scope 3 reporting frameworks.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in supply chain roles within the electronics industry, demonstrating effective project management skills.
  • Relevant educational background, preferably a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Sustainability.
  • Proactive self-starter with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
  • Expertise in data analysis, presenting findings, and developing dashboards.
  • Strong leadership, program management, and influencing abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, including customer service and negotiation prowess.
  • Preferred experience with Oracle's ERP tool suite and supply chain management practices.
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or PMP are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

The hiring range for this role is between $97,500 and $199,500 per annum, with opportunities for bonuses and equity. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including health insurance, 401(k) savings plan with company match, flexible vacation options, and paid parental leave.
