Job Duties

  • Prepare legal documents for courts-martial and military justice cases.
  • Assist in legal affairs, including power of attorney preparations, wills, and separation decrees.

Earn While You Learn
Instead of incurring costs for training, you will be compensated while you learn these essential skills. In this position, you will receive valuable training while earning a regular paycheck and qualifying for tuition assistance.

Job Training
Training for a Paralegal Specialist comprises 10 weeks of Basic Training to learn foundational Soldier skills, followed by 10 weeks of Advanced Individual Training with hands-on instruction.

Requirements

  • Must enlist in the Army National Guard.
