Pay Range: $85,000-$95,000 Per Year
Description:
• Join our team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in a hybrid setting based in the Bronx, NY.
• This full-time role requires onsite presence once a week and involves working with integrated care teams.
• Candidates should have experience in behavioral health assessments and electronic health records management.
Requirements:
• Must have NY State LCSW Licensure
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical social work
• Master of Social Work Degree from an accredited institution
• Active Medicaid and Medicare provider status
• Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
Qualifications:
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York
• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health settings
• Proficient in using electronic health records
