Your Responsibilities
- Oversee Full-Cycle Recruitment, from the initial intake to the final close.
- Act as a Trusted Client Consultant, understanding their unique hiring requirements, challenges, and corporate culture.
- Strategically Source Candidates using our exclusive CRM/ATS, your established networks, and advanced communication tools.
- Utilize Our Comprehensive Platform to manage candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that create enduring value for clients while maximizing commissions for yourself.
- Engage in Thought Leadership as we build our collective brand-yours, as well as ours.
