Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance
  • Strong caregiving experience (CNA certification preferred but not required)
  • Comfortable assisting with ADLs, mobility, and personal care tasks
  • Cell phone with internet and texting capabilities; daily email access
  • CPR certification (or completion within 90 days of hire)
  • TB test (current or within 90 days of hire)
Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one care as outlined by the client's care plan
  • Assist with daily living activities, safety oversight, and light household tasks
  • Support client mobility, hygiene, and medication reminders
  • Communicate with the client's family and RNS case manager as needed
  • Maintain documentation and uphold RNS policies and standards
