RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and oversee scalable, secure, and high-performing mobile application architectures that align with business goals and leverage cloud-native technologies (preferably AWS)
- Engage in strategic technical discussions, translate business requirements into architectural designs, and lead the end-to-end solutioning of mobile applications, including integration with backend and cloud systems
- Spearhead the migration of legacy applications and databases to modern cloud-based architectures, ensuring minimal disruption and optimized performance
- Work closely with mobile app developers, DevOps engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to align mobile application strategies with organizational needs and best practices
- Clearly articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executives and developers, using strong presentation and interpersonal skills
REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of experience in mobile app native development (Swift/Java/Kotlin or iOS preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as a solutions architect or consultant in mobile applications, cloud-native applications, and infrastructures
- Ability to articulate business requirements and drive solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- AWS Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy applications to cloud-based solutions
- Experience migrating large databases from legacy data models to new data models
- Working knowledge of Mobile application DevOps tools and Software Development methodologies
- Hybrid with some travel to Alpharetta, GA
