Workday Integrations DeveloperWorkday Integrations Developer with experience in successful end-to-end small to large implementations or support of Workday integrations. Individual should have qualities to be part of a team of Integration developers and collaborate with the team and should be able to own one or more integrations to design, develop and deliver.Mandatory Skillsets/qualification/requirements: At least 2-3 integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types like EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday StudioExperience in development of complex reportsGeneral knowledge and design of at least 2-3 Workday functional areasGood understanding of Workday securityExperience in Workday Payroll integrationsUse of at least 1 third party integration framework is preferred but not requiredGood written & oral communication skills and strong team player Good to Have Skillsets: Implementation/Support experience of systems like in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft but not limited to these will be an added advantageExperience in creation and support of Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management web-services is added advantage Responsibilities: Work independently or with Integration Lead/Tech Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in integrations deliveryGather requirements and prototype the integrationsMaintain continuously and support current integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessaryPerform design, development, testing and deployment of integrationsPartner with the team on Integrations solution design, development, delivery and documentationFacilitate transfer of knowledge to associates on the developed integrations, if and when Client desiresTrack issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concernsAbility to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
