Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

• Manage and monitor order processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with customer requirements.

• Perform all core responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative.

• Serve as a role model for productivity, accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to company policies.

• Train and develop CSRs on standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Act as the primary point of reference for operational, procedural, system, and account-related questions.

• Collaborate with the supervisor on staffing, scheduling, and workflow prioritization.

• Review month-end reports to ensure timely and accurate customer billing.

• Complete required forms and prepare reports as needed.

Marginal Functions:

• Provide job training for new hires.

• Assist with accounts receivable collections for assigned customers.

• Generate customer appreciation letters.

• Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities.

• Participate in departmental and cross-functional meetings.

• Support management of kitting work orders and related tasks.

• Conduct research for system issue resolution and hospital inquiries.

• Coordinate and process order cancellations.

• Ensuring proper communication with customers.

• Prepare LTL shipments as needed.

Job Specifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative.

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office; ability to type at least 30 WPM.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to efficiency and accuracy.
