Description
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily maintenance of the restaurant's interior and exterior areas.
  • Execute detailed and deep cleaning of high-touch and hard-to-reach areas.
  • Follow and complete scheduled equipment maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Monitor and help diagnose equipment issues; can complete basic repairs and work with tools.
  • Maintain organized inventory and accurate records to ensure correct ordering and receiving of supplies.
  • Maintain pressure washing and exterior upkeep, including sidewalks and building surfaces.
Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with tools, equipment, or general maintenance work is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who can manage time and tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair small equipment issues.


Company Information
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have.
