Join a well-established ENT program in coastal South Carolina and take part in shaping the future of ear, nose, and throat care for a rapidly growing community along the Grand Strand. This position offers a strong clinical foundation, supportive staff, and the opportunity to practice in a region known for its exceptional quality of life.Position OverviewSchedule:Monday"Friday, standard office hours (8 AM"5 PM)Fridays:Half-days for improved work-life balanceCall:Shared 1:3 rotation (moving to 1:4 with full recruitment), supported by after-hours nurse triageSupport Staff:Dedicated RN and APP, plus full clinic and surgical support teamPatient Volume:30+ patients per day on averageOR & Clinic Time:2 days OR / 2.5 days clinic / 0.5-day administrativeEMR:CernerPatient Base:Newborn through geriatricsScope of PracticeThe department offers a comprehensive range of ENT services, including but not limited to:Head and neck oncology and reconstructionThyroid and parathyroid disordersTonsil and adenoid surgeryNasal and sinus surgery (including deviated septum and sinus disease)Facial plastics, trauma, and lesion removalEar disorders, hearing loss, tinnitus, and audiologySwallowing disorders, snoring, and sleep apnea surgical managementFacilities & SupportSurgical Access:10 operating rooms with pre- and post-op suitesIntegrated Setup:Hospital, ASC, and outpatient clinic on a single campus for efficiencyDiagnostics:PET, 64-slice CT, breast MRI, high-definition endoscopy, and bronchoscopyTumor Boards:Bi-weekly multidisciplinary meetings (ENT, breast, GI, pulmonary/critical care)Academic Environment:Hosts residents and fellows from accredited training programsQuality Care:Pursuing accreditation through the American College of Surgeons Commission on CancerCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Salarywith productivity incentivesStudent Loan Repayment:Eligible for Public Service Loan ForgivenessCME Allowance:$3,000 annually plus 5 CME daysInsurance:Health, dental, vision, life, malpractice (with tail)Retirement:401(k) with 4% employer match (with 6% contribution)Paid Time Off:Generous PTO and flexible scheduling for work-life balanceLocation " Myrtle Beach & Conway, South CarolinaLocated just minutes from the beautiful beaches of Myrtle Beach, Conway combines small-town charm with convenient access to one of the East Coasts most popular coastal destinations.
