JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Support Contractor
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES This position provides administrative support and is responsible for obtaining, organizing and transferring supporting documentation to support the Dispute Resolution department in pursuing legal actions.This position will focus on obtaining documentation for legal actions for internal and external clients. The Support Specialist will work closely with the Director of Payment Compliance Dispute Resolution and Manager of Payer Analysis Operation/Systemsto prioritize work efforts in the most efficient and effective manner.

OPERATIONAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Provides support to the Dispute Resolution Department by pulling specific documents for client dispute issues.
- Work with Payer Analysis Directorand Manager of Payer Analysisto obtain additional supporting information as needed from Payment Compliance units.
- Develop ongoing framework for submitting documentation to internal and external legal counsel.
- Perform and complete assigned task by completion date.
- Maintain electronic filing system of documents for Dispute Resolution issues.

- Communication - communicates clearly and concisely
- Ownership takes ownership of assigned responsibilities and follows through on outstanding issues
- PC skills - skilled in Microsoft Office applications and others as required
- Teambuilding - demonstrates ability to foster and perform in a team-building environment
- High schoo lgraduate or equivalent
- 3years as legal or administrative assistant experience preferred
