About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support operations for a major home appliance retail partner. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and has a strong foundation in order management, data analysis, and cross-functional communication.

You'll be part of a small, agile office team (12-15 people), working closely with Sales, Logistics, Warehousing, and Merchant teams. The role involves a mix of daily, weekly, and monthly activities, with regular interaction across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage order processing and analytics for retail partners, including stock and special orders.
  • Communicate with warehouse teams, corporate supply chain contacts, and internal sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Logistics teams to support Direct Ship/Import programs and develop reporting tools and KPIs.
  • Monitor customer service metrics such as on-time delivery and fill rates.
  • Analyze data using ERP systems and customer portals to track orders and identify trends.
  • Support product lifecycle transitions, including inventory management and new product launches.
  • Host and attend weekly meetings with support supply chain groups.
  • Maintain flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Required Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, managing large datasets).
  • Comfortable using ERP systems (SAP preferred, but open to others).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience handling high-volume order management (hundreds of orders weekly, up to $50K in value).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with large retailers such as Lowe's, Walmart, or Costco.
  • Familiarity with the home improvement or appliance industry (supplier or customer side).
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing supply chain role.
  • Understanding of order management processes from the frontend/customer side (not warehousing).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
