Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Mechanics. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in automotive or construction trades who are eager to build a career in mechanical maintenance and repair. Completion of high school required, participation in FFA or Agricultural (AG) courses is a plus. A skill assessment test will be required during the interview process.

Requirements:

#Key Responsibilities:

*Perform basic mechanical repairs, maintenance, and inspections on equipment and machinery.

*Assist senior mechanics with troubleshooting and diagnostics.

*Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.

*Follow technical manuals, diagrams, and instructions.

*Maintain accurate records of work performed.

*Support general shop operations, including cleaning, organizing tools, and preparing work areas.

*Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times.#Qualifications:

*High school diploma or equivalent required.

*Completion of FFA or Agricultural (AG) course is a plus

*Automotive or construction trade experience preferred (school or work-based).

*Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

*Ability to pass a hands-on skill assessment during the interview process.

*Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused.

#Physical Requirements:
*Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

*Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.

*Capable of working in varying environments (indoor/outdoor, shop floor).
