Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide a dedicated team for seamless daily operations in residential HVAC installations.

  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and growth strategies for outstanding results.
  • Manage P&L, actively reduce callbacks, and ensure code compliance.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and champion continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience in residential HVAC.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management and process improvement.
  • Background in HVAC business operations.
  • Tech-savviness in workforce management software.
