We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our café team and deliver exceptional coffee and beverage experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee culture, strong attention to detail, and a friendly, approachable attitude. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy creating memorable guest interactions, we’d love to meet you

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
  • Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
  • Take and process orders accurately, including handling payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines.
  • Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.
  • Offer recommendations and upsell café items to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience in restaurant serving or waitstaff roles.
  • Hands-on experience with cashier duties.
  • Strong attention to cleanliness and safety.
  • Patience and a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
  • Responsible and trustworthy.
  • High school diploma is a plus but not required.
