Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual or face-to-face meetings with association members to assess their needs and recommend suitable supplemental insurance solutions.
  • Educate clients through personalized consultations, webinars, and group presentations.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to assist retirees in safeguarding their health, income, and legacy, including offerings like Fixed Indexed Annuities for retirement planning.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through training, mentorship, and business planning.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a self-motivated attitude.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional service and follow-through.
  • Hold a Life & Health license or be willing to obtain one (we provide guidance).

Compensation & Benefits:
