Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Coordinating resident care by effectively scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
- Creating a supportive and compassionate environment for residents and their families.
- Providing timely information to residents and staff by responding to questions and requests.
- Ensuring a safe and clean working environment through adherence to established rules and regulations.
- Safeguarding resident information by monitoring confidential processes.
- Managing accurate documentation of all resident care services.
- Fostering teamwork and collaboration among healthcare teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid NYS RN license.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care.
- A strong and positive leadership style to inspire and support staff.
- Familiarity with EHR and e-prescribing programs.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
- Availability to work every other weekend.
