Working Conditions/Occupational Exposure

In-Home Therapy requires flexibility in work schedules to accommodate the needs of youth and families in the community. This may include working into the early evening and/or on weekends. This position requires travel to the youth, so the candidate must possess a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record (to be determined by HR), and access to a reliable vehicle. The candidate will primarily be delivering services from the community, and will have appropriate technology provided by the company to do so. Some clients may be psychiatrically or behaviorally challenging at times, though there will always be a supervisor on-call to assist with concerns that arise.
