Role Overview: As a Construction Superintendent, you will be the on-site leader responsible for directing construction activities, managing crews, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards from groundbreaking to project completion. This role is perfect for someone who is decisive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a talent for problem-solving and team leadership. Compensation: $80,000 Base + Quarterly Bonus for $120k OTE Responsibilities: • Oversee daily construction operations and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. • Lead, manage, and motivate on-site crews, subcontractors, and vendors. • Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to coordinate resources, timelines, and project scope. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and provide actionable solutions. • Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets. • Implement organizational systems for equipment, tools, and materials management. • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for all project-related issues. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in construction supervision or management. • Proven track record of managing multiple construction projects simultaneously. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage subcontractors. • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in reading plans, specifications, and construction documents. • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug test. Bonus Points: • Experience in real estate, development, or residential flips. • Familiarity with ADUs, multifamily, or new builds. Compensation: $80,000 Base + Quarterly Bonus
