Business Analyst On-site Role

Job Description:
The business analyst will be responsible for working on project teams with project managers and other Otis staff or independently to:
DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Document processes and procedures for various areas of Otis or for projects with state agencies
• Analyze processes and propose improvements in support of continuous improvement activities
• Conduct requirements gathering, elicitation, analysis and management for projects
• Conduct needs assessments or gap analyses for projects
• Support stakeholder management with project managers
• Lead testing and solution/product validation in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) when needed
o Plan for testing activities
o Lead testing activities
o Track and manage testing activities
REQUIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
• 5 years related work experience
PREFERRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
• International Institute Of Business Analysis (IIBA)
