Job Description

Title Clerk

6 month contract

8:30 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all vehicle titles that were sold on the company platform
  • Receive, process, and ship titles to the buyers daily
  • Handle any title issues promptly and efficiently via email, text and phone calls
  • Properly keep titles on file until ready to be shipped
Required Skills:
  • 1-2 years of automotive title experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills, troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Experience in automotive-related customer service roles with a customer-first mindset
This is an onsite position in Kansas City, MO.
