Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- California State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with school-aged children with various communication disorders.
- Knowledge of special education laws and procedures.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support the integration of therapy goals into the educational setting.
- Participate in the development and review of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Communicate progress and collaborate with the educational team.
- Maintain open and regular communication with parents, providing updates on student progress and strategies for home support.
