Social Worker - Masters in Social Work or Bachelors in Social Work (IF acute care experience) 5x8hr shifts 0800-1630, weekdays, some weekends required Short Term Acute Care Inpatient Medical Social Worker Orientation held every other week on Thursday 40-60 patients covered per day 2 Years of Experience Required - acute care experience required Certs Required: BLS 1st Time Travelers Accepted Every other weekend required Potential call requirement (remote - discuss in interview) Clinician can be floated within scope to meet facilities needs 100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval) WV/Compact RN License required - can submit with pending RN license 40hrs guaranteed Unit Description: -Certs Required: BSW; LBSW; LMSW; LSW; State Licensed (WV) Submission Requirements: Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm Flu Shot: Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF. CAMC requires all personnel take flu vaccine unless they have allergy documented by an allergist or physician record. CAMC FLU SEASON IS OCTOBER 1st - MARCH 31st. NOT REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THAT WINDOW. Covid Vaccine NOT required ONE PDF MUST CONTAIN: Candidate profile (work history), Specialty specific skills checklist, Min. 2 Mgr/Charge References (within past 2yrs.), RN Lic. verification (NURSYs pulled within 2 days of sub date - clean lic. required - hits submitted for case-by-case basis approval), Driver's License, SSN.
