Our client, a growing player in the mortgage lending space, is seeking a motivated Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) ready to make the leap into branch management. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter to join as an MLO, quickly learn the business, and transition into a Branch Manager role with full operational ownership and growth potential.

This position is ideal for someone who already brings a strong pipeline and is ready to take the next step in their career by building and leading a high-performing team.

What You'll Do:

  • Start as an MLO to get up and running fast-then transition into full branch leadership

  • Oversee branch operations including sales, compliance, and customer service

  • Recruit, develop, and manage top-performing loan officers and support staff

  • Drive loan production through business development and relationship management

  • Monitor performance metrics and create strategies to exceed goals

  • Represent the branch in the local market through networking and community involvement
What You Bring:
  • Active NMLS license (MLO license required)

  • 3+ years in mortgage sales, including 1+ year in a leadership role

  • A portable book of business you can bring with you

  • Deep knowledge of residential mortgage products and regulatory guidelines

  • Proven ability to recruit, coach, and lead a team

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to own and grow your branch
