Compensation and Benefits:

  • Average annual earnings of $92,000.
  • Additional annual safety bonus of $3,000.
  • We offer local routes with drivers home every day.
  • Multiple work schedules available, including a starting time of 11 PM.
  • Receive an extra $200 incentive for taking on a 6th workday.

What Will You Do?

  • Perform dock-to-dock deliveries of palletized grocery products.
  • No pallet breakdown is required.
  • You’ll engage with clients, ensuring exceptional service while managing local deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Class A CDL and domiciled in the U.S.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
  • One year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last three years, or two years in the last five years.
  • Clean DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
  • Ability to comply with federal and/or state regulations and standards.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
  • Must be able to communicate in English as required by federal law for safety.
  • Pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.

Physical Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must be able to meet the physical demands, including:

  • Seeing and hearing effectively.
  • Moving frequently, standing, walking, and sitting.
  • Using hands for touch, handling, and reaching.
  • Lifting/moving up to 50lbs/23kg regularly and occasionally up to 100lbs/45kg.
