Job Description
Are you a skilled RV Technician who's ready to join a reputable dealership that values your expertise? We're hiring experienced professionals to perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes. If you take pride in quality work and want to be part of a respected, growth-oriented team - we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Diagnose and repair RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, propane, and appliances
  • Perform interior and exterior maintenance, from roof resealing to slide-out adjustments
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and document all work performed
  • Ensure safety and compliance standards are met on every unit
  • Collaborate with service advisors and parts teams for seamless repairs
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of hands-on RV repair experience
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • RVIA/RVDA certification a plus (but not required)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
