POSITION SUMMARY

Our Guest Arrival Specialists proactively provide a range of services to enhance the guest experience from the moment they arrive until the moment they depart. You will have the freedom to navigate through the hotel to accommodate guests’ needs, process operational tasks, address requests, and highlight local attractions. Every interaction should elevate the guest's experience.

Success in this role hinges on your ability to maintain a safe workplace, adhere to company policies, protect company assets, and present yourself in a professional manner. As a Guest Arrival Specialist, you will be active on your feet—standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods—and may be required to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds unaided, and over 75 pounds with assistance. Your dedication to fulfilling these responsibilities ensures a positive experience for both our guests and our business.

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: No specific experience required.
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience necessary.
  • License or Certification: None required.
