Job Title: Java Developer- Lead
Location: Mclean, VA (Hybrid)
Duration: 5 months (with possibility of extension)

Looking for Prior client experience

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture - 100% or Must needed with X years of minimum experience
  • Proven experience deploying and managing applications on AWS (IAM, EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation) - 100% or Must needed with X years of minimum experience
  • Solid knowledge of DevOps practices with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle) - 100% or Must needed with X years of minimum experience
  • Prior experience with Clients Industry is a MUST for this position
  • Education Level - Bachelor's Degree is Mandatory in the field of Computer Science
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS)
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end design and development of enterprise-grade applications using Core Java and Spring Boot
  • Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, leveraging services such as EC2, S3, IAM, and Lambda
  • Drive DevOps practices by building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and other automation tools
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers, providing technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices
  • Integrate and optimize automated testing frameworks including Cucumber and JUnit for robust quality assurance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product, Security) to deliver secure and scalable applications
  • Apply Python scripting for automation, data processing, and integration with microservices
  • Ensure compliance with IAM policies and security best practices in cloud and application design
  • Monitor and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
