The role requires strong analytical capabilities and a technology-forward mindset, leveraging advanced data tools and technologies (e.g., Excel, Power Query, visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau) and emerging solutions to optimize workflows and uncover insights.
Key responsibilities include:

- Continuous improvement: Developing dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks to monitor data integrity, identify trends, and enable proactive decision-making, while adapting to evolving technologies and industry best practices.

- Contributes to data abstraction by: identifying and capturing key moderately complex administrative and clinical data elements, such as patient data; reviewing medical records to identify moderately complex data required for secondary use; leading the review of regulatory requirements to ensure that changes are integrated correctly (e.g., metric changes); leading the review of information from electronic health records and uploading for use and reduction of abstraction needs; and transferring data as needed for a variety of data transfers.
