Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced loan administrator to join our team at our Columbus Office (155 Hidden Ravines Dr. Suite B, Powell, OH 43065). Our ideal candidate thrives in a team environment and has a passion for helping people. This is a full time, onsite position. Success in this role is not measured with high-pressure sales goals or quotas. Instead, we focus on creating meaningful connections and handling each customer like a valued member of our family. Responsibilities
- Take equity line/loan and/or mortgage applications
- Carry a pipeline of loans application through closing
- Assist customers with banking questions related to our full-service branches
- Ability to work in all areas of the branch

- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Retail financial experience or loan processing experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- 1st Mortgage loan experience a plus
- High School Diploma or GED.

Our anticipated pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00 per hour. At Third Federal, we’re committed to transparency throughout the hiring process. The pay range listed is based on relevant market data, role responsibilities, and skills required for the position. Individual pay will be thoughtfully determined by a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
