About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our industrial team at Saunders Therapy Centers. The position is in our Maple Grove office.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Functional Capacity Evaluations and Work Hardening Evaluations
  • Manage Work Hardening clients' plan of care
  • Attend weekly Work Hardening team meetings
  • Communicate and collaborate with clients' QRC case manager as needed
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of PT/OT/PTA/COTA - all of whom are energetically engaged with every client's progress to return to work

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota.
  • New grad or seasoned professional
  • We train in our method - no experience necessary
  • Good writing skills are important - narrative reports required.

Pay range and compensation package

  • Salary depends on experience
  • Commission in addition to base
  • $1000 annual CEU tuition
  • 5 days paid time off for in-person CEU classes
  • $1000 annual tax-free contribution to HSA account
  • 3% employer contribution to 401k
