Job Description

A well-respected commercial general contractor is hiring a Superintendent to manage on-site construction for ground-up commercial projects. This company has been building across the Southwest for over two decades and is known for its proactive safety culture, inclusive environment, and top-tier project execution.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily on-site operations and maintain project schedule and quality standards.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff.
  • Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to resolve field challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial projects ($5M+ range).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality projects.
  • Experience with industrial, retail, or mixed-use developments preferred.
