Ascendo Resources is growing Looking to hire a business development focused Executive Recruiter within the South Florida market. This is the recipe for success and what will be expected of you:
Business Development
- Identify and target potential new clients in the IT sector through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective accounts.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand staffing needs and present service offerings.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with new clients.
- Source, screen, and interview IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with a network of IT professionals to quickly respond to client needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, candidate submissions, client interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting, technical sales, or staffing agency business development.
- Strong understanding of IT roles (software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, data, etc.).
- Proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, and closing new client accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
