Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Plans and directs the installation of Information Technology projects within the SAP ERP, supply chain and finance disciplines
  2. Provide project leadership on S4 HANA ERP projects to ensure timely and effective project execution.
  3. Provides formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team(s) to ensure timely and effective project execution
  4. Participates in employee development, coaching, and ongoing performance management
  5. Applies knowledge and experience in own discipline while continuing to acquire and develop higher-level knowledge and skills
  6. Builds knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers
  7. Solves a range of straightforward problems
  8. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedure
  9. Performs other job-related duties as assigned
  10. Maintain thorough knowledge of new development and/or SDLC techniques.
  11. Owns the planning, estimation, design, configuration, testing, and production release on financial projects which typically involve and impact multiple business areas.
  12. Interacts with business leadership and key stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate effort/cost, prioritize work, develop enhancements, coordinate testing, and perform change management.
  13. Indirectly manages project team, individual contributors, and consultants within area of discipline.
  14. Promotes and encourages collaboration and transparency and builds trusting relationships between business, delivery, and other entities within the organization
  15. Manages program and release backlogs, as well as team and program objectives
  16. Tracks, promotes, and publishes completed program initiatives, epics and business value metrics following Agile methodology
  17. Manages risk and dependencies, communicates and escalates impediments to facilitate transparency, and reduces bottlenecks
  18. Ensures adherence to -/+ 5% say/do ratio to budget
  19. Performs other job-related duties as assigned
  20. Deep experience with the Agile development methodology and tools such as Atlassian Jira software is a must have.
  21. Preferably certified PMP or Agile Safe SPC certified.
  22. Preferred experience in SAP modules including FICO core modules including FI-GL/AP/Logistics Invoice Verification, Materials Management and Sales and Distribution.
