About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Obstetrics and Gynecology PA in Colorado

Join a dynamic GYN Oncology team in stunning Colorado Springs, CO, supporting high-acuity patients in both inpatient and surgical settings. This is a locum tenens opportunity offering $140/hr plus competitive night call compensation, complimentary lodging & travel, and malpractice coverage included.

 The Role

You'll support a dedicated Gynecologic Oncologist across two locations, working a 7a-5p onsite schedule with night call (5p-7a) coverage. Your role will include:

  • Rounding on GYN oncology patients

  • Performing pelvic exams, pap smears, biopsies

  • Assisting in the OR (lap hysterectomies, BSO, resections, node dissections, etc.)

  • Consulting in the ED and inpatient units

  • Supporting surgical treatment planning

  • Handling inbox and triaging problem visits

 Assignment Dates

You must be available for at least 10 shifts per month including:
July 23, 26-27, 30
August 2, 6, 10, 13, 20, 27
September 1, 10, 13-14, 17, 24, 27-28

 Compensation Breakdown

  • Hourly Rate: $140/hr

  • Nightly Call: Paid

  • Holiday Call: Paid

  • Call Back: Paid

  • Travel & Lodging: Covered

  • Malpractice: Fully covered

 Location Details

  • Facilities: Hospital-based + OR + clinic

  • Level III Trauma Center

  • EMR: EPIC (training required prior to start)

  • Support: RN, LPN/LVN teams

  • Avg 4 census/admissions

 Requirements

  • CO License (Highly Preferred)

  • NCCPA (PA) Certified

  • BLS (AHA) & DEA - Required

  • Recent GYN experience - Required

  • Surgical Assist in past 24 months - Required

  • Clean background/Malpractice - Required
