Introduction

Join our dynamic team as a Salesforce Cloud Solution/Technical Architect, where you will leverage your extensive expertise in Salesforce CPQ & Billing / Revenue Cloud to drive innovative solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely within the Eastern Time Zone and engage with diverse projects over a 6-month period.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • A proven and hands-on Salesforce CPQ & Billing / Revenue Cloud product expert with 10 years of design/architect experience
  • At least 5 full life cycle Salesforce.com implementations
  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Mandatory experience in Salesforce CPQ & Billing / Revenue Cloud Advanced (RLM)
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Accreditation, and Quote to Cash certification
  • Strong functional knowledge of Lead to Cash process
  • Salesforce platform developer/admin certification including 3 years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, VisualForce, Force.com, and Angular JS
  • Good knowledge of Web 2.0 Development (JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Servlets, Struts)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Understanding of frameworks like React, Angular, etc.
  • Experience with Commerce, Configuration, Output, SFDC integration, product catalog/price list integration
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM tool set and familiarity with JavaScript, Java, Rules Engines, Object Modeling, or XML
  • JIRA experience
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Judge trade-offs with technology and feasibility, making choices that fit project constraints
  • Work directly with customer teams/business leaders/process owners to lead delivery projects in a Technical Architect capacity
  • Facilitate business process analysis sessions and develop key components of solutions
  • Guide customers towards using standard out-of-the-box software functionality
  • Participate in potential customer proof of concept (POC)
  • Lead/ facilitate design and modeling sessions with the customer
  • Lead the creation of project deliverables, emphasizing functional and technical design
  • Design, implement, and test leading-edge Quote and Product Configuration integrations with SFDC
  • Coordinate developer tasks on large projects; lead design and code reviews
