You'll be cross-trained through three levels of assembly, with all training provided by the company. Once you master each level, your skills and responsibilities increase-so does your value

What You'll Do

Level 1 Assembly

  • Follow engineering drawings, diagrams, and work instructions
  • Perform mechanical assembly using a variety of components
  • Prepare and assemble subassemblies
  • Complete units with labeling, documenting, quality checks, and cleaning
  • Report part shortages and maintain workflow
  • Operate overhead crane as needed
  • Use MES system for production tasks
  • Follow all safety and company procedures
Level 2 (in addition to Level 1 duties)

  • Read/interpret electrical drawings and diagrams
  • Assemble and wire electrical harnesses
  • Vacuum pump and charge units with refrigerant
  • Complete assembly of cabinets for multiple product lines
  • Assemble Air/SA boxes
  • Perform all final inspection and paperwork
Level 3 (in addition to Level 1 & 2 duties)

  • Wire harnesses from components to the electrical panel
  • Complete assembly of larger or more complex cabinet units
  • Assemble Green-Aire units
What You Bring

  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work
  • Ability to follow written, diagram, and verbal instructions
  • High school diploma/GED (Level 1)
  • Experience levels vary by Level:

    • Level 1: 0-1 year of assembly/mechanical experience
    • Level 2: 1-2 years experience
    • Level 3: 2+ years experience
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and use hands throughout shift
Work Environment

  • Fast-paced production setting
  • Regular exposure to moving parts/noise
  • Occasional exposure to heights or humid conditions
