HVAC Service Sales Representative
Location: Charlotte, NC
Full-Time | Day Shift | On-Site
Reports To: Sales Director

What You'll Do
As an HVAC Service Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our service division-building relationships, solving client problems, and growing long-term partnerships. Your mission: drive HVAC service agreement sales while offering customized solutions for repair and retrofit work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell HVAC maintenance agreements and service offerings to commercial/industrial clients.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities via outbound efforts and existing client relationships.
- Deliver proposals focused on ROI, risk mitigation, and building optimization.
- Present value-driven solutions to facilities teams, engineers, and building owners.
- Lead and close sales opportunities, consistently meeting monthly quotas.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless hand-off and fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools; participate in sales meetings and trainings.
- 5+ years of successful HVAC service sales experience (commercial/industrial markets).
- Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, building controls, and maintenance needs.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar preferred).
- Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients.
- A consultative mindset with a drive to exceed customer expectations.
