Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will have prior treatment experience and a strong focus on resident care and safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician's orders.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report any significant changes to the RN Supervisor or physician.
  • Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other treatments as needed.
  • Document all care provided in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident care goals.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures.
  • Provide compassionate and respectful interactions with residents and families.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
Education & Experience
  • Current and active California LVN license in good standing.
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Treatment and wound care experience highly desired.
