We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartenders to help create a memorable experience for our guests. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service while being immersed in a high energy and comradery focused atmosphere, then we want to hear from you

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver a consistently high level of guest service. Give unobtrusive, knowledgeable, and genuine service to every guest, every time.
  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards in an efficient manner
  • Possessing and utilizing knowledge of all offered restaurant menus
  • Keep bar area clean in accordance with the company's guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and be able to account for any and all discrepancies
  • Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the guests at the bar and in the dining room always satisfied
  • Must work in partnership with servers to deliver a seamless guest experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or related preferred
  • High volume bartending experience
  • Current TABC and Food Handler's certification
  • Knowledge of POS systems
  • Friendly, courteous, and well-spoken
  • Works well within a team environment
  • Organized and detail oriented with the ability to be flexible
  • Motivated to grow and learn new and innovative food and beverage techniques and recipes
  • Operate with passion, integrity, and respect for both internal team members and external guests
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds
  • Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching.
  • Exposure to temperatures: 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
