Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical LeadershipProviding technical direction, mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Design and DevelopmentParticipating in the design and development of Java-based applications, including architecture design, coding, and integration testing. Project ManagementContributing to project planning, effort estimation, and release management. Collaboration and CommunicationWorking closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and other development teams, to align on project goals and ensure successful delivery. Problem SolvingIdentifying and resolving technical issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing solutions. Staying CurrentKeeping up-to-date with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
