Your key responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, hiring, and developing a talented team
- Conducting new hire orientations and creating personalized training plans
- Skillfully managing employee schedules and deployments
- Addressing performance issues and assisting in resolving customer concerns
- Overseeing the restaurant's budget and financial strategies
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proven track record in employee development
- A positive, can-do attitude
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (College Degree preferred)
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, with Profit and Loss responsibility
- Basic computer skills
- Preference for internal promotion from Assistant General Manager position
- Minimum age of 21
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
- Reliable transportation
- Basic math and accounting skills, along with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Physical capability to maintain cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks for the majority of the shift
