Title: Client Partner - Manufacturing
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $180-190K base

Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Client Partner with proven experience in the Manufacturing, or Client sectors. The ideal candidate will have a consulting-led IT services background, with a strong track record in managing and expanding large strategic accounts through digital transformation, enterprise modernization, and customer experience initiatives.
The role requires a strong relationship management and account growth mindset-someone skilled at nurturing long-term partnerships, identifying growth opportunities within existing clients, and driving business transformation engagements in collaboration with senior business and technology leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Growth & Expansion: Lead revenue growth within existing Manufacturing, Retail, and Client clients by identifying white space and expanding service offerings across digital, technology, and engineering functions.
  • Client Engagement: Build and strengthen C-level relationships (CIOs, COOs, CMOs, Heads of Operations) to position solutions around business transformation, supply chain optimization, omni-channel experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Consulting-led Solutioning: Collaborate with internal consulting, practice, and delivery teams to co-create value-driven solutions in ERP transformation (SAP/Oracle), Cloud, Data & AI, IoT/Industry 4.0, E-commerce, and Customer Experience.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay current with key sector trends such as smart manufacturing, retail digitization, demand forecasting, connected supply chains, and sustainability initiatives. Represent the organization at relevant industry forums and events.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage the account pipeline and end-to-end pursuit process within existing clients-lead opportunity qualification, proposal development, pricing, and closure of transformation programs.
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Strengthen executive relationships and ensure alignment with client business priorities to drive long-term partnerships and sustained revenue growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with solution architects, practice leaders, and delivery teams to ensure seamless delivery, client satisfaction, and continuous value realization.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 12+ years of experience in client management, account growth, or relationship leadership roles within Manufacturing, or Client domains.
  • Proven success in expanding large strategic accounts and driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital and technology transformation themes-Cloud, Data, ERP, AI/ML, Supply Chain, IoT, and Experience Platforms.
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
