  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: Standard business
  • Setting: Hybrid (4 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities:
  • Handling a high volume of inbound HR calls
  • Researching and resolving HR issues
  • Guiding employees through HR processes
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Qualifications:
  • 1-5 years of HR experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience with HR technologies
  • Customer service skills
  • Problem-solving skills
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in Shared Services environments
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
