Role: Senior Advanced Process Engineer - Shipbuilding

We are seeking a highly experienced Advanced Process Engineer to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for optimizing complex, large-scale assembly, integrating digital tools, and driving efficiency for the most advanced naval vessels in the world. This is a strategic role for a visionary engineer dedicated to transforming the art of shipbuilding.

Requirements:
• 15+ years of process engineering experience in heavy manufacturing, with a strong preference for shipbuilding.
• An advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in an engineering discipline is highly preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus.
• Expertise in process optimization, digital manufacturing, and advanced production technologies (robotics, automation).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a security clearance.
