Full Stack .NET Developer

About the Role
12-24 month Contract
Hybrid in Charlotte, NC

We are seeking a skilled developer with deep expertise in Angular and a strong background in C# backend development to help evolve and scale this platform.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Angular-based single-page applications (SPAs) and complex MVC structures.
  • Build and optimize backend services using C# and .NET frameworks.
  • Develop and integrate APIs to support file processing and reconciliation workflows.
  • Work with MS SQL to design schemas, write queries, and optimize database performance.
  • Implement asynchronous and parallel processing techniques to ensure scalability and resilience.
  • Debug, profile, and optimize code to improve system reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IAM specialists, product managers, and QA engineers.
  • Contribute to system monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Falcon's file processing engine.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Angular (latest versions) for building scalable UIs.
  • Solid experience with C#/.NET backend development.
  • Hands-on experience with MS SQL (queries, stored procedures, optimization).
  • Proven ability to deliver SPAs and complex MVC-based applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with API design and integration (RESTful services).
  • Knowledge of asynchronous and parallel programming patterns.
  • Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with IAM concepts and reconciliation workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
