Job Summary:

The selected candidate will assist in providing Trihydro's clients and customers with effective, responsive, and safe environmental solutions. As a senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and inspiring junior staff, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and professional development, building client relationships, and representing Trihydro at industry conferences and regional trade organizations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams and coordinate environmental assessments, data analysis, and remediation projects.
  • Report preparation, including investigation plans, remediation plans, and reports.
  • Preparation of scopes of work and cost estimates.
  • Provide oversight of junior personnel for professional mentorship and safety.
  • Business development and growth of our regional practices include meeting with clients, attending conferences, and participating in regional trade organizations.
Qualifications:
  • Has a minimum of 10 years of relevant investigation, remediation, and project management experience.
  • Expertise in project management
  • Proven track record of business development, including pursuing new clients, contracting new work, and networking with environmental professionals within California
  • Licensed as a California P.G. or P.E.; other certifications will be considered
  • Knows how to navigate complex environmental programs and projects (including scope, schedule, and budget).
  • Expertise in a variety of environmental programs (RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA).
  • Regulatory expertise based on working directly with the DTSC and RWQCB on assessment and remediation projects.
  • Approaches challenges proactively with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Produces the highest quality deliverables and effectively communicates results/objectives/strategies.
  • Enjoys developing strong client relations.
  • Is interested in hiring, mentoring and managing technical staff.

The salary information shown below is a general guideline ONLY. Salaries are based on candidates' experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $120,000- $200,000

This position will remain open until a qualified candidate has been selected.
