Your Role:

As a Physical Therapist at Elevate Physical Therapy, you will:
  • Provide Exceptional Care: Evaluate patients, set goals, develop personalized therapy plans, and deliver high-quality treatment.
  • Engage and Educate: Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and encouragement to support their rehabilitation journey.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with an experienced team to ensure comprehensive patient care and contribute to a positive environment that works cohesively to problem-solve.
  • Maintain Excellence: Uphold high standards in documentation, patient interactions, and approach to treatment.
Qualifications
  • Qualifications:
    • Current (or eligibility to obtain) Physical Therapist license in Illinois; new grads welcome to apply
    • Commitment to providing high quality care

    • Enthusiasm and interest in professional development in order to provide the most up to date treatment approaches that offer the best outcomes

Pay Range

USD $80,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
