Develop scalable and efficient technology solutions for AT&T business customers that address their business, application, and communications needs, while meeting business requirements and aligning with organizational goals.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support solution development and execution, with a strong emphasis on Statement of Work (SOW) creation, contract review, and RFP/RFI analysis. This role requires collaboration across Sales and Legal teams to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.

What you'll do

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Solution Development & Execution:
    • Support end-to-end solution development across multiple teams.
    • Draft and refine Statements of Work (SOWs) to clearly define scope, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and incorporate feedback.
    • Understand terms and conditions as they relate to the solution being developed, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and risk considerations.
  • Contract Review & Governance:
    • Review prior solution contracts to identify best practices and ensure alignment with current engagements.
    • Assess contractual obligations and risk factors, providing recommendations for improvement.
    • Ensure all documentation adheres to company policies, compliance standards, and legal requirements.
    • Negotiate Master Agreements (MAs), Pricing Schedules, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and other custom terms and conditions to protect AT&T's interests and meet customer requirements.
  • RFP/RFI Review & Solution Alignment:
    • Review RFPs and RFIs to assess solution requirements and evaluate terms and conditions against AT&T's solutions, existing agreements with the customer, and respective vendor contracts.
    • Identify gaps, risks, and compliance issues, and provide recommendations to ensure proposals align with contractual and operational standards.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to confirm feasibility and compliance before submission.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline SOW development, contract review, and RFP/RFI processes.
    • Maintain templates and best practices for consistency and efficiency.
What you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 7+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.
  • Experience with networking, IT, software, and telecommunications solution development.
  • Proven experience in Statement of Work development for complex solutions.
  • Prior experience reviewing and interpreting solution contracts and agreements.
  • Strong background in RFP/RFI review and solution requirement analysis, including terms and conditions evaluation.
  • Experience negotiating Pricing Schedules, SLAs, and custom contractual terms.
  • Understanding of project scoping, deliverables, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Our Principal Solutions Architecture, earns between $158,200 - $237,400. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. In0dividual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
