Overview: Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Temporary Floor Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpet, including dusting, mopping, stripping, waxing, and buffing. You will also be responsible for collecting trash, recycling, and soiled linen and ensuring proper disposal. Additional outside work may be assigned, including policing grounds.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions
  • Leadership skills to accomplish responsibilities without supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds and perform routine tasks continuously
